过程：仰面躺在约六摄氏度的水中，水流湍急但平静，自己的呼吸声越来越重，灰白的天空在不断变幻。Process: I laid in the water that was about 6 degrees Celsius as the water moved rapidly but smoothly on the surface. My breath got heavier and heavier while the greyish white sky was constantly changing.
